At Perfect Balance we don’t force our customers to sign lengthy contracts, or even require them to call us each time they need service. Our reputation speaks for itself, as most of our clientele are repeat customers. Whether you require a one time visit, or are in need of a more routine service plan, we can help. Our rates are much lower than our competitors, and our professionalism compounds the value of our services.
Each standard service visit will include:
- Water Chemistry Analysis
- Equipment Function test
- Filtration mechanism cleaning
- Cartridge replacement (at cost)
- Accessory cleaning
- Algae removal
- Gravel cleaning (with siphon)
- Water replacement and Treatment
- Fish Health Inspection

RATES
Our time is equally as valuable to us, as it is to our customers, and we promise to work as quickly and as efficiently as we possibly can each time we provide service. Our rates are hourly, and are not based on how large or small your aquarium is. The condition of your aquatic environment will determine how long it takes us to service it.
Our technicians are compassionate about animals, and take great pride in being able to care for your aquatic pets as you would yourself. In fact, we encourage our customers to observe us as we work, and learn how they can care for their pets themselves. There is no better feeling than to know that you are fully capable of providing a healthy environment for even the most sensitive members of your family.

PAYMENTS
Payments are expected upon time of service. We accept cash or check (made payable to Perfect Balance), and each customer receives an original invoice for their records, detailing services provided and recommendations. Commercial customers with consistent payment history are offered the option to mail payments to our office, although we reserve the right to request payments immediately if problems occur.
SERVICE AREA
Our technicians service the City of Atlanta, and the surrounding metropolitan area. Because our office is located 30 miles south of Atlanta, it is more convenient for us to service customers who are located inside and below the perimeter. We are more than willing to serve customers above Atlanta, although due to the recent rise in gas prices, we have been forced to increase our rates by 10% in areas north of the city.
